Today we worked on expanding our Quickwrite stories and our Petition to the Shogun.

We will start presenting our Petitions to the Shogun on Monday, November 13th. You should be ready to give and receive group feedback (on the checklist/feedback form you saw today - it's also uploaded below) by this Thursday.

We are starting to collect non-perishable (preferably canned) goods to donate to the Food Bank.
We have been researching the roles of different groups within Edo Japan to determine how they were affected by isolationist policy. Below you can find an overview of the assignment and the graphic organizer used to identify and rate factors that would have affected them. This post will be updated with further documents as they are introduced to the class.
